The award is a partnership between South Florida Sun Sentinel and Energage, which ranks top companies based on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous engagement survey. The Top Workplace Recognition rewards measure best practices in 15 different drivers that are crucial to a company’s success, including company leadership, communication, appreciation, direction, working environment, managerial skills, wages, and benefits.

Segpay placed 15th out of 78 in the small business category. This is the 10th year of the Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program.
