Yes, Segpay can process for new and small businesses as well as enterprise operations.
Segpay can process for merchants located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Segpay can process for consumers in all countries except those countries restricted by the U.S. Government.
Segpay’s payment platform supports online digital merchants, streaming merchants, social media platforms, online product sales, and software services.
Approval of your program can take up to a week once we have a complete Know Your Customer (KYC) file.
From a technical integration standpoint, we can work as fast as you can. We can have a merchant up and running in just a few hours if need be.

By regulations, Segpay needs to have a full Know Your Customer File:
- Corporate Documents (Corp Certificate, Operating Agreements, Shareholder Docs)
- Driver’s License/Passport of all Directors and Beneficial Owners who have more than 20% ownership
- Bank Statement or Voided Check for settlement purpose
- Tax ID/Vat number
- Domain Ownership info if Domain is marked private

Segpay can authorize in 15 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, DKK, NOK, SEK, CAD, HKD, JPY, AUD, RUB, CZK, ILS, INR.

If you are a high-risk merchant, there is an annual Visa and MasterCard registration fee of $500 per card brand. High-risk registration fees apply to merchants in the adult, dating, and nutraceutical space.

Yes, Segpay supports third party solutions. Any third party can easily integrate into the Segpay platform.

If you are a Segpay Payment Facilitator merchant, you are paid each Wednesday, two weeks in arrears
If you are a Segpay PSP merchant, your funds will be settled directly to your bank account by the acquiring bank. Settlements are usually 3 days in arrears and will not occur on Sundays and Mondays.
Yes, Segpay will take a 5% 6-month rolling reserve
