Jenilsa helps people and businesses to direct and oversee the organization’s Human Resource plans in ways that support the organization’s mission and overall strategy.
As the VP of Human Resources, she provides executive-level leadership and guidance to Segpay’s HR operations. For Jenilsa, working with her colleagues is the most rewarding part of her role.
Outside of the office, Jenilsa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active with physical fitness, connecting with nature, and contributing to her community.
