The Segpay team is making an inaugural appearance at two separate industry shows later this month. First up, Recur 2019, an event dedicated to subscription-based businesses, October 20-22 in Chicago. Then it’s on to Las Vegas, Oct 27-30, for Money 20/20, where we’ll join the discussion about the future of – you guessed it – money.
One of the themes at Recur 2019 is customer relationship value, and there will be plenty to learn about improving retention, acquisition costs and all things related to strengthening customer relationships. Segpay recently contributed a blog post sharing customer retention tips for SUBTA, the Subscription Trade Association (the folks behind Recur). These time-tested strategies can apply to any business within SUBTA’s six segments of subscription commerce.
