Our new merchant portal is now available for everyone to use at: mp.segpay.com!
If you were part of our beta testing group, first off, thank you for your help and suggestions. The beta period was a huge success and the portal we’re introducing today is much better for it.
Beta testers can continue to log in with the same email and password.
For existing SegPay merchants who did not join the beta: if possible, please register a new user account with the same email you have used previously with SegPay. That way, we can quickly identify your company, assign your Merchant ID(s) and get you started.
Now, a few things about the new portal:
- It’s easy to access! You can login to the merchant portal on virtually any platform or browser – desktop or mobile… Chrome, Safari, etc. No need for clunky Silverlight plugins, you now have a reliable place to manage your payments from anywhere.
- It’s easy to use: The portal features simple navigation, intuitive menus and forms to setup price points, websites, packages, etc., and customizable reporting to track your performance, and slice and dice the numbers like a data analyzing pro.
- It’s fast! Navigating around the portal is much snappier than our old suite, so you can get things done faster and get back to running your business.
The initial version of the merchant portal has all the tools you need to take payments, set up your payouts, manage customer data, and view reports. In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out additional features and reports. As always, you can find help and documentation at support.segpay.com.
