Fees for Credit Card Services Chargebacks
Client shall be charged $25.00 per Chargeback processed against Client's account. Fees assessed against Client, if any, shall be applied in the month immediately following the month in which the chargebacks were processed.

Fees for Refunds
Client shall be charged $1.00 per refund issued against Client's account.

Fees for Segpay Checks
The service fee for Segpay Checks is 15% of the Client's Total Revenue after the deduction of End-User Refunds.

Reserve
Segpay will withhold up to 10% of Client's Total Revenues for Segpay Credit Card and Check services for a period of six months as delayed funds to cover chargebacks, and Refunds for Segpay Credit Card and Check services. Reserves will then be released with each weekly payout beginning on the 7th month.
